What dance means to me:

To me, dance is a vessel that brings people together. The moment you step into a studio, nothing else matters—your past, your day, or your background. Each person has their own story and their own reason for coming to dance that day, but the beauty of it is that we all unite through movement.

Choreography serves as a template, but every dancer adds their own twist, their own interpretation. Watching others move, you see their stories unfold—emotions hidden, secrets unspoken—things words could never fully capture.

    The only constant in life is change. At times we may feel like we are in darkness. Yet, one should refrain from identifying with the darkness, as permanence is simply an illusion. Just as dusk always gives way to the rising sun, darkness too shall pass. It is these ephemeral experiences that remind us to re-set, re-align, re-start, re-claim, and re-ignite.
